We give you a tour of the house. If you are not able to be present because you are staying abroad, we are happy to create a viewing video for you.
When you wish to rent accommodation through our office, we ask for personal documents by means of a declaration of intent. Please send us this signed and completed declaration together with your documents.
As soon as we have received your documents, we will present them to the letter to be approved.
After approval from the landlord, we will begin the drafting of a rental agreement and will first present this to the landlord to be signed. Afterwards, you will receive the lease, along with the invoice for the first payment. This payment must be received by us before the key exchange.
On the day of the key exchange, we will create a digital check-in report. We will note the state of the house, along with photographs of the meter readings and general pictures of the house. Both you and the landlord can add comments to the report up to 14 days after the key exchange.
